Hello everyone! My name is Nia Fitria, from Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project, PT. Sinohydro.

I originally come from Batam City, one of the city that near to Singapore and Malaysia. In the beginning of this year, I flew from Batam to Purwakarta to join this project team. I have been working for several months now, as Human Resource and Administration Manager. I am 25 years old and also one of MBA Candidate at NUAA.

I am so glad that I had decided to work with this company. As we know, the High-Speed Railway Project is one of the most significant projects in Indonesia. One of the Mega Projects of collaboration between China and Indonesia. It gave me countless opportunities to know the progress of the High-Speed Railway Project in my own country.

As an HR Manager, I certainly understand that employees are the company's most valuable asset. Finding the right candidate for the company and maximizing each employee's value is quite challenging for me. But here, I investigate more in-depth, and I have full access to maximizing the potential of my employees.

My job requires me always to be active in understanding the scope of labor. I have responsibilities strategically and functionally expertise to combined with general business and management skills. Here in Sinohydro, I work and perform as well as connect my task to manage administrative matters. Regardless of the company, I have the duty to perform every function of HR. Investigating and resolving workplace issues has been my job section for preserving employer-employee relationships through effective relation strategies. Guide and direct to compensate and benefits, I also develop a strategic plan that aligns with the structure's performance administration system.

In every work situation, there will always be the circumstance that appears. Cultural diversity often happens. I have learned that we are all here, with various backgrounds and cultures, we have the same purpose. Even though I haven't worked here long enough, I can feel the work ethic that the predecessors developed. The obstacles have made me more robust than ever.

Seeing the progress of the High-Speed Railway Project construction has immediately made my nationalism spirit come and rise. Of course, this project is not the only advantage for few parties. But for the sake of Indonesia's growth and development. With the reachable access, it will facilitate extension both from the Economic to Social Perspective for Indonesia.

Last but not least, being part of the mega-project of theJakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Projectis undoubtedly a pride for me. Working with excellent spirits makes me eager to continue to learn and perform my best. Thank you for the never-ending guidance even today. I will keep learning and giving my best for myself and everyone in this company. I cannot forget to express my appreciation that I am proud to be a part of this wonderful yet amazing mega project with Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project, PT. Sinohydro Corporation Ltd.

大家好!我叫Nia Fitria，黄玉玲，来自中国水电建设集团雅万高铁项目。

我今年25岁，来自靠近新加坡和马来西亚的巴淡市，是南京航天航空大学工商管理学的在读硕士。今年年初，加入雅万高铁项目，担任（印尼方）人力资源和行政经理。

我很高兴决定来雅万高铁工作。众所周知，雅万高铁项目是印尼最重要的项目之一，是中国和印尼之间的一个大型合作项目。它给了我无数的机会去了解我自己国家高速铁路项目的进展。

作为一名人力资源经理，我深知员工是公司最宝贵的财富。为公司找到合适的人选，并使每个员工的价值最大化，对我来说是一个很大的挑战。但在这里，我进行了深入的调查，我有能力充分发挥员工的最大潜力。

我的工作要求我积极了解劳动范围，通过战略性和功能性等专业知识将商业和管理技能相结合。在中国水电，我尽职尽责管理行政事务。无论在哪个公司，我都有责任履行HR的每项职责。调查和解决工作场所的问题一直是我通过有效的关系策略来维护雇主和雇员关系的工作部分。为了引导和指导员工的薪酬和福利，我还制定了一个与公司绩效管理体系相一致的战略计划。

文化多样性造成的理解差异，在任何工作环境中，都会出现这样的情况。我们随着有着不同的背景和文化，但有相同的目的。虽然我在这里工作的时间不长，但我能感受到中印方前辈们磨练出的职业操守，面对困难让我比以往任何时候都更强壮。

看到高铁项目建设的进展，我的民族主义精神顿时高涨起来。当然，这个项目并不是少数几方的唯一优势，而是为了印尼的增长和发展，它将有助于印度尼西亚从经济角度扩大到社会角度。

最后，能够参与雅万高铁这一大型项目，无疑是我的骄傲。团队优秀的工作精神让我渴望继续学习，并发挥自己的最佳水平。即使在今天，也感谢您（中方团队）永不停息的引导。我将继续学习为自己和公司的每个人尽我最大的努力。我不会忘记这份感激之情，很自豪能成为中国水电雅加达-万隆高铁项目的一员。
